Look at the first Word Group. To select a search word and add it to your query you just click on it. When you click on a search word, the selected search word moves from the Word Group Box on the left to the Search Word Selection Box on the right. This is how you know which search words you have selected for your query. You can choose search words from the Word Groups that are available. In this example, the Health Mini Search Builder has three Word Groups.
You might want to find information on treating headaches associated with high blood pressure. To do this you would pick the right search words from each Word Group. Example search query:
= high blood pressure treatment headache You don’t have to select search words from each Word Group. You only need to select the right search words to find what you are looking for to answer your question. Each Search Builder has several Word Groups. This allows you to create hundreds if not thousands of possible search queries. |
