You can share your searchbuilder with other people. Click on the "Share This Search" button on the Search Launch page.  A script prompt will open up for you to enter a name or title for your search (use up to 24 characters). Then click "OK".  A link is created and saved (for up to 14 days). You can then send this link via Email simply by clicking on the invite link that will now be presented.  Click on the invite link and a new window will open up. Enter the email of the address you wish to send this search to. Use commas to separate more than one email address. You can also enter a comment. Then click on Send Invitation and the searchbuilder will be transmitted.  |
