| Guided vs. Quick Search Building | |
The Search Builders Menu Page allows you to use two methods for building your searches: Guided and Quick. ![]() Builder Method Selection The default setting is on quick, with all Word Groups on a single page. From this page you must ask for help by clicking on the question marks. You will be able to change almost every parameter of your search on this single convenient screen. The Guided Mode, is the original early version of Search Word Pro, with each Word Group on it’s own page. Each page will contained detailed help to assist you is selecting the proper search terms. While this mode can be more time consuming it is a method that many of our users prefer. Try it out for yourself. To select Guided Mode just click on the radio-button next to "Guided" on the main search builder page. To create a search query in Guided Mode, you must first click on your search word. Then you must click on the ACCEPT Button. This will add your word to your search query and move you directly to the next Word Group. To move to a different Word Group, you just click on it. You must remember to click on the ACCEPT button every time you want to select a search word. ![]() QUICK MODE works with fewer clicks. It also places all Word Group selections on one page for convenience and rapid builder creation. |
